B komplex vysad... staci ho brat obcas - on velmi masivne zvysuje chut do jedla a pribera sa po nom. C vitamin mozes, ostatne obcas tiez prestan brat, alebo to striedaj... neviem ci si pocul, ale existuje aj hypervitaminoza... to je prebytok vitaminov.

Wobenzym som pred casom brala hodne... vyskusala som aj ja spustu vselicoho. Je to hnusne drahe a nebolo to k nicomu... mne neurobil ani najmensiu zmenu.

Moje dieťa, od septembra permanentne sopel. Snáď dokopy bol týždeň zdravý, čistá katastrofa. A toto je všade naokolo s deťmi :odpadnem:
